EXCOMM (the Executive Committee for the UCLA Badminton Club) is responsible for the behind-the-scenes work for the comings and goings of the Club and Team.

The President and Treasurer hold informal meetings throughout the year to facilitate decision-makings related to budgetary and administrative matters. These include, but are not limited to, Club development, Team growth, hosting of the Bruin Open, SCCBL affairs, budget proposals, public relations, and sometimes maybe a small dose of conflict resolutions (just to make things a little more interesting).

The Match Coordinator prepares the line-ups, preps the Team for meets and tournaments, and oversees the competitive nature of the Team. S/he also works with the coach(es) as closely as the Team sees fit in preparing line-ups. The Equipment Chair ensures the Club runs smoothly during Club hours by providing/preparing the necessary equipment (birdies, rackets, nets). The Historian captures the various moments of the Club as the official photographer. The Social Chair brings life to the Club by planning social events (eg. UCLA 5K Run/Walk, year-end banquet, get-togethers, etc.). The Webmaster maintains this website, keeping it current and informative such that its usefulness is maximized for all members and the general badminton community. The Secretary ensures paperwork and annotations are duly processed for meetings (i.e. Team), games, etc. The Executive Advisor, though holds no power or duties, is responsible for disseminating all relevant Club/Team logistics from past experience as official advisor to the President.

Positions are open to any Club member and are held for one-year terms. Elections and appointments are conducted on an annual basis during the Spring Quarter.
