76% was uninsured.
81% had limited English proficiency.

Interpreters are needed to help service and informational participants communicate with various health fair attendees. This is a great opportunity to work with healthcare professionals and advocates volunteering their services and to make a positive impact on the community by assisting both adults and children.

Transportation for all volunteers available at Ackerman Turnaround at 7:30 am sharp! Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

Please attend ONE of the following orientation sessions on:
Thursday, May 7th, 5 - 6 pm at Boelter 5252
Friday, May 8th, 11:30 am - 12:30 pm at Haines A25
Tuesday, May 12th, 6 - 7 pm at Boelter 5272

Attendance to the Volunteer Orientations is mandatory for all volunteers; you will be familiarized with on-site procedures, so don't miss out!

Information/educational providers and service providers (those requiring equipment setup and/or special logistical considerations), please arrive at Castelar promptly between 8:00 am and 8:30am.

Upon arrival to the school, volunteers will direct you to your appropriate booth and will be available to assist in set-up and help you throughout the day. Please note that breakfast will be provided during this set up period.

Parking will be provided.
