Happy Holidays from the UBA!

As you guys probably already know, the UBA has adjourned for the Fall Quarter. I know it's going to be hard to live without us for the next three weeks, but I'm sure with all the presents, hugs, and chocolates to be expected soon, that you will find a way to manage. I would just like to wish you all a lots of merriness from the University Buddhist Association, and know that, when your return for classes in 2007, that we will return with our regularly scheduled meetings, so be on the lookout for future announcements! In addition, as some of you may know, this is my last quarter here at UCLA, and very soon, I shall be moving on to other things. It has been a great 3 years for me with the UBA, and without a doubt, my experience with the club is near the top of my list of my most valuable college experiences. I would like to thank all of you who have come out to support and participate in the UBA, and know that I will miss all of you very much as I move on to my post-UCLA life. I wish you all the best in all your future endeavours!
Yours truly, Chris Way

Last Meditation of the Quarter

Greetings Fellow Travellers!
As you can most probably tell for yourself if you are a student, or otherwise by the appalling lateness of this e-mail, Finals are fast approaching! The UBA has one last meditation meeting this quarter, this afternoon, Tuesday December 5th, at 5:00pm at the University Catholic Center located on 633 Gayley. More info, as always, is available on our website: www.theUBA.org
Otherwise, for the students in the crowd please forgive me for sounding like a Mom for a moment, but be sure to get plenty of rest for the coming week, eat a healthy breakfast, and keep the mind clear, pliable, and bright. I hope you all do well, have a great winter break, and come on back to the UBA for winter quarter, should your schedules allow.
