Last meeting of the quarter this week!

Hello everyone!
Just a quick reminder that we will be having our last meeting of the quarter this Tuesday, December 4 from 5:30-7 pm at the UCC at 633 Gayley. It's been a wonderful quarter practicing together and we hope that we will see all of you again in Winter Quarter when we start up again with a new quarter of activities in addition to weekly meditation meetings.
For those of us experiencing the rapid approach of finals season, let's be sure to take some time to relax, get lots of sleep, and eat well so that we will be prepared physically and mentally. Take a few moments especially before each test to come back to your breathing - with a little focus we will get through just fine!
Once again, it's been a great quarter getting to know all of you, and we hope to see all of you when we come back in January!
