This "Sickle Cell - TA Short Training Manual - Revised April 20-2009 in PDF format is REQUIRED reading for the Wednesday, April 22, 2009 training session.
Do not be concerned with memorizing exact numbers/volumes/amounts in the protocol under the section
"Overview of the Sickle Cell Anemia Module" but understand the general set-up of the experiment.
Please focus on the section entitled "Sickle Cell Anemia Background Information".
