When I joined CSA my freshman year, I remember meeting a lot of nice people that I became good friends with today. CSA has certainly made UCLA a fun and memorable experience. I am not your typical UCLA student, in fact I am a CIA (Chinese-Indonesian-American) ha! Although I'm part of a Chinese club, I do not speak any of the Chinese dialects; I do speak Indonesian, Sundanese, and a little bit of Japanese though. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, watching anime, keeping up with current events, and sleeping of course. Don't hesitate to come to our events, I guarantee it will be worth of your time! I am currently a senior enjoying my last year at UCLA. I was introduced to CSA last year after playing a homeless man in CSA's annual Heritage Night. Although I am relatively new to the organization, I've enjoyed my time in it and I hope to meet a lot of new people this year.

To repeat what I wrote in a facebook note/survey, I'm a "happy, manga/asian drama/korean celebs/texting-addicted, music-loving, random person :p." Basically, I really like randomness and spontineity (NO, not like ENTROPY xD). I can usually be found at the CSA table eating Tsunami's udon or Taco Bell's crunchwrap, standing on the bench instead of sitting on it, trying to say "HI" really loudly at people I know, or getting into some sort of trouble when I have the urge to wave at random people (ahaha, okay, that was just one time with UNCLE ZHENG). When I'm not involved with CSA-related things, I can be found glued to my computer screen, watching anime or dramas, reading manga, or looking for pictures to draw. :] As for other facts, I love SRIRACHA hot sauce and I absolutely ADORE dogs and if the huskies (Elvis and Princess) are at the Bruin Bear, there are high chances that I will aslo be there petting the dogs. Also, I actually had originally signed up for at least three other culture clubs, but I ended up sticking with CSA because I feel like it's my home away from home. :] I don't know how to describe it other than that I love its asianness (lol) and welcoming atmosphere. ^__^x I hope to be able to meet many more (ahaha, alliteration) people and make lots of new friends through CSA and its events! ^___^x Fweee~ HAPPY 2009 EVERYONE :D

i'm taiwanese but i'm born here. i lived in taiwan for 6 years so i'm fluent in mandarin and relatively fluent in taiwanese. i love playing tennis, so call me up if you wanna play =] i've been playing the piano for a while so i'm relatively good at sight reading. i love songs by yiruma because they sound so pretty. i'm pretty good at guitar hero and i love playing that game so if you have the game...i'm so making friends with you =]

I'm an illustrator for the Daily Bruin, so look out for my stuff, and I'm also the artistic director for China Care Bruins. I'm also a self-loathing premed. I follow celebrity gossip, and quote constantly from the blogs I read everyday. I call boba "bobo" because of Spencer Pratt. If you know who he is, we should talk. In my spare time, I read comics and have been trying to start one for.... quite some time.
