Day 2: Mt. Hamilton

The team caravaned out to Mt. Hamilton for a few thousand feet of climbing. The ride started off at a gentle pace up the lower slopes, where we enjoyed a great view of the valley.


However, Hippo and Anton throttled up the pace to full tilt race-mode. Eventually, Kappus and Eric popped us all on the way to the summit.

Descending and climbing on the ice on the back side was less than pleasant, but we managed without any major incidents.

The descent on the sunny side was much more pleasant.
