Guidelines for Requesting Sponsorship from Westwood Stores

1. May I speak to the manager of the store. If not there find out how to reach them and when they will be back.

2. When you talk to the manager present yourself:

3. Talk about the club and how your raising funds

4. Talk about the tournament as a primary fundraiser and explain that there will be 150 people coming which is a good chance for advertisement for their establishment.

5. Ask them for sponsorship in the form of donations and certificates good towards their products.These donations will be used for the top three winners.

6. In return we will advertise for their establishment before the tourny through putting the name of their establishment on the back of all flyers passed out. During the tournament we will also be advertising for them. The total time for advertising will be five weeks.

7. If they need an official letter tell them we will get back to them with one the next day.
