ENIGMAVERSARY UPDATE!

Plans are proceeding nicely for the upcoming Enigmaversary event on
the 22nd. Tamara is doing a fabulous job of handling all the
memoribilia she's received; expect some really fun displays! 

As the date nears, there are a few issues that I'd like to take care
of. Please try to skim this and send me the relevent info.

PS - I've expanded the mailing list to include addresses for players
in the current Gods Game. I apologize if there are duplications in the
list!

*** DINNER PLANS ***

I've confirmed reservations for dinner at Bruno's Ristorante, a
splendid Italian resturant only 1.5 blocks from my condo. Dinner will
be at 5:30 PM in the main hall of the resturant (which has a
delightful medeival feel). The menu is huge, with excelent omnivorous
and vegetarian selections with entrees ranging from about $8-$15.

I NEED A HEAD COUNT! If you are definitely or probably planning on
joining the dinner expedition, please reply to this address, and
indicate the number of people in your party.

*** EMPIRE STRIKES BACK ***     

Unfortunately both the Mann Chinese and Mann Village have sold out of
Friday evening tickets so there won't be a mass excursion to see the
movie, though folk may of course fend for themselves in smaller groups
as they desire.

*** IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT TO LA ***

I've been looking into ways of handling participation with folk who
won't be in the area but might like to check in. Of course phone calls
will always work, but one other possibility includes setting up a web
page that could be updated with pictures from the party and messages
from people local and remote.

If you think you might be interested in such a set-up drop me a line
to let me know; if there's enough interest we can try to set up a real
dynamic internet interaction as well!

*** AND IF YOU CAN MAKE IT ***

Make sure to bring along any cool memoribilia you might have. A lot
has been collected already (even some videos!) but more will be fun.
Plus I want to have the first Enigma Time Capsule for this event, so
bring something small and appropriate that should be 'unearthed' in
another 10 years!
