Aliz
Raksi President
Aliz was born in Szeged,
Hungary, and moved to the US in 1992, but had moved back to Hungary
several times since then. She is currently a fifth year undergraduate
and Departmental Scholar at UCLA studying Computational and Systems
Biology, specializing in Bioinformatics. Her hobbies include dancing
and sailing, and is also currently a member of the Karpatok Hungarian
Folk Ensemble. As President of the Hungarian Club on campus, her
goal is to promote knowledge about Hungarian language, history,
and culture, and she looks forward to seeing you at the meetings!
