Please adhere to the following guidelines when drafting your submission:

• The article must be on a topic related to public policy, international affairs, social welfare, urban planning, or public health.
• The article must be currently unpublished and not have been submitted for publication elsewhere.
• The author must be a UCLA undergraduate at the time of submission.
• Citations must be made in Chicago Style. Please use footnotes and do not directly cite within the article.
• The article must be three to twenty pages in length, single-spaced, and in 12 point Times New Roman or Arial font.
• Multiple submissions are encouraged. However, only one article per author may be published.
• Articles by multiple authors are also encouraged for submission.

Additionally, please submit a cover document with the following:

• Title of article, author's name, email, and telephone number
• Brief biographical statement (4-5 sentences) of author, written in the third person
• One paragraph summary of the submitted article

Submissions for the 2006 issue will be accepted through April 7, 2006.
