1. Volunteer for at least ONE PCH Health Site, ONE PCH Health Fair, OR become a Senior Smiles volunteer.
2. Attend at least THREE general meetings.
3. Be a member of a PCH Barangay.
4. Participate in at least ONE PCH fundraising effort through any of the following: (1) Obtain a Medical Outreach Project Piggy Bank. (2) Give support or assist in our quarterly fundraiser. (3) Buy a PCH T-shirt.
