Mark Your Calendars!		Weekly Speaker Meetings All meetings are from 12pm to 1pm and lunch is provided! The meetings are held in Ackerman.
	Listen for announcements about SAS Events in your classes this quarter! Spring Banquet May 22, 2007 Covel Grand Horizon Join us in celebrating the Student Accounting Society's 25th Spring Banquet. We will be acknowledging firm sponsors, announcing scholarship winners, hosting a raffle and much more. In addition, this is an excellent way to network with prominent firm associates! SAS Officers will be handing our invitations and making announcements in your Management classes. Mock Interviews May 16, 2007 Our mock interview sessions are a great opportunity to interview with a member of the Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm. With fall recruiting right around the corner, this is a great chance for all SAS members to take advantage of an opportunity to interview with accounting professionals in a "stress free" atmosphere. To sign-up for an interview you can e-mail John at jstuehrmann@ucla.edu. SAS Scholarships Are you interested in pursuing a career in accounting? If you are an SAS member, you are eligible to apply for Scholarships which will be awarded during Spring Banquet. Applications can be picked up in Anderson D413 and are due April 27th at 5pm! Resume Book Having your name in the Student Accounting Society's Resume Book is an excellent way to make your name known among the firms.
