Dr. Krishna P.C. Madhavan

Krishna P.C. Madhavan is the Lead Digital Media Developer, Information Technology at Purdue. His current work focuses on the intersection of global e-learning standards, assessment, and course management systems. He consults with faculty and staff on the best use and design of digital media systems for instructional purposes. Dr. Madhavan also collaborates with researchers in the Envision Center for Data Visualization and Research Computing at Purdue on the deployment of distributed rendering environments for instructional use. His Ph.D. work proposed a framework for incorporating n-tier enterprise software architecture for constructing computer assisted assessment systems. He designed the database and software that is currently by the Oral English Proficiency Program at Purdue University to assess the oral English ability of potential international teaching assistants.
