| International Brain Mapping and Intra-operative Surgery Planning Society UCLA Chapter | IBMISPS UCLA is a student organization dedicated to bridging the gap between academic research and clinical medicine by inspiring students interested in Neurobiology, Neuroscience , Neurosurgery, Neuroimaging and Neuroengineering (ie. brain mapping, trauma, psychological disorders) to collaborate and engage in conversation with physicians and scientist from multidisciplinary backgrounds ranging from social sciences to biotechnology. Through such interactions IBMISPS UCLA aims to create a setting where students and professionals are able to network ideas and opportunities that will lead to more efficient turnover rates from scientific results to real world clinical results. |
