1. Your group must have between 10-20 (max) students. If your group has less than 10 students please sign up for one of our regularly scheduled classes.

2. Your group is responsible for making room arrangements. You must reserve a room in or near Ackerman Union that has a TV and VCR system, and sufficient floor space. During both the CPR and First Aid class some of the practice activities take place on the ground (such as rolling over a victim). Therefore, chairs and other furniture must not be bolted to the ground. Examples of suitable rooms include Ackerman 2408, 2410, 2412, 3508, and 3517. For instructions on how to reserve a room on campus click here. Other buildings within acceptable distance from Ackerman include Moore Hall, Kerckhoff Hall, Math Sciences, and Boelter Hall.

3. Email uclacpr@ucla.edu at least 2 weeks prior to your anticipated class date to request a private group lesson. In your email please specify:

(1) the name of your group
(2) 2 or 3 dates and times that you would like to have the lesson
(3) the approximate number of students
(4) the type of class you would like to have
(5) a contact phone number

4. After we receive your email we will contact an instructor for your group. Once we confirm that we have an instructor for your class, you are responsible for collecting money from your group members. The cost is $10 per student; please collect the money from within your group. We only accept cash as payment. The money must be received at least 1 week before the start of the class and is non-refundable. Along with the money please include the final list of students and their email addresses.

5. Please note that there is no guarantee we will be able to provide an instructor for you. However, the sooner you contact us and the more available dates you have to hold the class, the more likely it is that we will be able to accommodate your group.
