Weekly Announcements

S08 Week 6 announcments Added 5/9/08

1. Please visit the patients listed on the Patient Visiting sheets that are printed out daily with the dates written on the back. Everyone has undergone training for visiting and handing out the I speak cards so there is no excuse not to go during your downtime.
2. The next LINC meeting and End of Year Banquet will be on 5/19 (5-6:30pm at Bel Air Room). This is for all LINC members, including those who have finished their hour requirements, so PLEASE RSVP for the banquet by the end of this week so that we can order amount of food accordingly.
3. Move to the new hospital has been delayed until further notice (end of June, tentatively) so LINC volunteers will still report to the current office.
4. I'm currently organizing an optional LINC social as mentioned in the previous email. It is open to everyone in LINC. So please RSVP with your availability if you are interested :)
5. LINC spring newsletter is attached again in case you have not read last week's email.
