WELCOME
The Undergraduate Psychology Journal (UPJ) at the University of California Los Angeles is a publication which features outstanding research work performed by undergraduate students at UCLA and around the country. UPJ is an online journal that was first published six years ago, and we are proud to announce the official return of the journal after a brief intermission from its publication. We hope to continue with its annual publication with support from enthusiastic undergraduates. We are actively seeking undergraduate research in all areas of psychology.
The Undergraduate Psychology Journal at UCLA invites undergraduates to submit their research for its upcoming issue. We are looking for empirical research that draws upon the varied areas of psychology and related fields. Research should emphasize possible behavioral, psychobiological, cognitive, neurological, physiological, social, developmental, and/or emotional mechanisms behind psychological functioning.
We invite papers that approach the field of psychology from, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Behavioral neuroscience
- Clinical psychology
- Cognitive psychology
- Developmental psychology
- Health Psychology
- Learning and behavior
- Measurement and psychometrics
- Social psychology
