Biographical Note: Georgia Scheele

Georgia Scheele is currently an undergraduate psychology major at the University of California, Los Angeles. For the past year, she has been conducting a study with Dr. Matthew Lieberman on the own-race bias in facial recognition, which has served as the basis for her honors thesis. She also works under the supervision of Dr. Tyrone Cannon as a Staglin Scholar for the Center for the Assessment and Prevention of Prodromal States at UCLA. Georgia hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in psychology.
