Innergy is a student group at UCLA that seeks to enhance daily living by practicing mindfulness, cultivating compassion, and connecting with our inner selves as well as to others around us. We will engage in various forms of meditation and movement, discussions and workshops, as well as education and community service in order to open up the mind, body, and heart. With our collective innergy, we hope to create a comfortable and inspiring space where a community can come together to explore and enjoy life & experiences joyfully and consciously.
